There was a wedding on so although we had booked a classic room we must have been upgraded as we had a large room with two double beds. It was a very hot day and the room did come with two fans which was appreciated. The beds were comfortable enough and the room had plenty of space and looked quite smart. The cooked breakfast buffet was actually excellent although the continental offerings were a bit disappointing.

A lovely hotel, spa, converance centre, in fact you could have you're wedding reception here as well. With a Gym, swimming pool it's a nice place to stay. Located just outside Bromsgrove it's easy accessible by car and public transport. Car Park, You pay £5 per night. The staff were very nice, polite and very welcoming. My room was spacious, with excellent wifi, tea/coffee facilities and TV plus the shower room was clean with plenty of hot water. I had a coffee at the bar, and that was great Also there's a restaurant inside the hotel.

Amazing would stay here time and time again. Having booked this last moment due to walking out another hotel earlier that night, they were amazing the extras they added, upgraded room was a welcome surprise for us. They could not do enough. Amazing location and relaxing as soon as you walk in. Fresh flavoured waters and a cafe fully stocked, the bar is nice and chilled atmosphere with friendly bar man with a wide beverages selection. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The reception when we walked in was so warm and welcoming and understanding and amazing with children. The rooms themselves are huge and nicely decorated with huge relaxing beds. Amazing night sleep and every modern amenities needed. The breakfast has a vast variety of everything that is needed to start your day and the staff were very accommodating. Perfect hotel.

Absolutely delightful room - it was big and airy. The decor was lovely & had tea & coffee facilities with a nice coffee machine. Well-stocked. A huge television too! We had a three course meal and breakfast - The food at the restaurant was very high standard. I had prawn cocktail ( very generous portion) The cod loin was so lovely and flakey & the sauté potatoes were delicious and was the vegetables. The staff were amazing all the way from reception to restaurant. Faultless.

The staff were very lovely and friendly. The room was very spacious. The facilities were very enjoyable - me and my partner both used the swimming pool which has a sauna and steam room with it - we felt that our money was definitely well spent on that. The views are also quite nice. Once you enter the hotel also, there is a lovely sweet smell which carries on down the corridors. We were also happy that we found a fan in the wardrobe it came in handy during the warm night. Also, I quite like that the wardrobe was mirrored with good lighting so I was able to do my hair and makeup using those mirrors.

Staff are really attentive and know their jobs very well. Very friendly and welcoming. Albin on reception is always very efficient and excellent at his job, always warm and greeting. Bar staff really quick and friendly - Abby and Chris. Their is a tall middle aged Asian gentleman who brings the food out once you order in the bar. He is very friendly, warm and has great hospitality skills. He is funny too and guests seem to really warm to him. These staff are a credit to the hotel. Food is excellent as are rooms and bar.

We received a warm welcome from Marie as we went for afternoon tea first, which was outstanding. then to our rooms. We were very impressed with our superior room. Exceptionally clean & a beautiful big television. We had a nice reasonably priced meal which was served by Shi. We were also shown a room in consideration of booking up for parents 60th wedding anniversary.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. My room was large and comfortable. Telly with all the channels. Window that could be opened for fresh air. Working heater, that kept the room nice and cosey. Room included two nice armchairs to sit. Carpark close to the reception. Overall excellent value for money and I was very pleased with my experience staying here.

The front of house staff were lovely. The receptionist was very welcoming and always had a smile on her face.

Reception staff were VERY welcoming and helpful. One bedroom had an issue with the toilet but a room change was offered after we had reported it (although we didnt know that so didn't actually move!). Bar and food was great as was the breakfast. The barman was great and helpful. We will be back!
